Welcome to Spanish III! By now you have experience in taking and learning a foreign language. You have been reading, writing, speaking, and listening in Spanish for the past two years. This year we will continue to use the following modes of communication:
1. Interpretive Communication: Listening and Reading - one way communication 2. Interpersonal Communication: Person to person communication 3. Presentational Communication: Speaking and Writing - one way communication Along with these modes of communication we will be incorporating culture as much as possible. The class will be 90% (minimum) in the target language, Spanish. This means teacher to student and student to student. Participating in class will be essential to your learning AND it will make class more enjoyable and practical. Studying, practicing your vocabulary frequently, coming to tutoring, and participating in class are all crucial to your success. Let's make this your BEST year of Spanish yet! Retesting Information Re-testing is available on Unit Tests, Vocabulary Tests, and Grammar Tests only. A student may re-test if he/she has done the following:
